Hello beautiful, I’m Paola, your nail technician! With an eye for detail and a passion for creativity, I’ve been crafting nails from bold and vibrant designs to chic and subtle styles, I’m here to create the perfect set of nails that express your unique and awesome personality! This helps us achieve your perfect nail design! Hope to meet you soon! Before your appointment: Please read ALL policies before your appointment. New clients are kindly asked to come with no products on their nails OR book a “foreign soak off”. I ask that ALL clients come with no open wounds/cuts on or around cuticle. Kindly arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure we start promptly. Upon arrival please text me and wait in seating area by my door (suite 23). IMPORTANT REMINDERS: 1. NO EXTRA GUEST: Due to space and safety concerns, I kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guest or children to your appointment. 2. HEALTH AND SAFETY: If you are feeling unwell, especially with cold or flu-like symptoms, PLEASE reschedule your appointment. 3. SUNDAY and AFTER-HOUR appointments are an additional $10.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All appointments must be booked at least 24 hrs in advance. Walk-Ins are not allowed. Deposits are required to secure your appointment and are non-refundable. I offer a 5 minute grace period for late arrivals. After that a $10 late fee will be incurred. After 20 minutes the appointment will be cancelled and new deposit is required to rebook. I require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Rescheduling can be done up to 48 hours before appointment. Rescheduling the day of appointment will result in a new deposit. Canceling within the 24 hrs will result in a 25 % cancellation fee to be charged. No-shows WILL be charged the full service amount and will be required to pay a 50% deposit to book any future appointments. NO refunds will be issued. You have a 7 day after grace period for me to fix anything free of charge.
